I didnt realize that his suspension was being questioned, he didnt deny that. He was however, accused of hacking his way back into the forum, which there is no proof what so ever.
So where is the proof of all the other things that he supposedly did, like all the other boards he hacked.

I am not going to say whether it is right or wrong, but as administrator and owner of the Lookout, I would think Mike has full right to look at PMs on his site, and in a way he should have the ability to watch that aspect of his board as well.
