Here is a new feature from Wunderground. It is a 24 hour loop from that day.
(It may take awhile to load, even on a fast connection).

http://radblast-sf.wunderground.com/cgi-bin/radar/WUNIDS_composite_archive?centerlat=39.45330429&centerlon=-83.01473999&radius=50&newmaps=1&type=N0R&num=12&SD.epoch=1176264000&ED.epoch=1176350399DELAY=30&delay=20&width=640&height=480

Or you can try here if you have more exact times:

How did you find that feature on wunderground? I was looking for something similar a few weeks ago, but couldn't find it.

1) Go to wunderground.com
2) enter your city or zip in the search box
3) click on the radar thumbnail that says "Click Radar to Enlarge" below the thumbnail
4) Scroll down and you will see:

Radar Archive: NEW!
View a 24-hour animated loop for this radar station by selecting a date below. Please note, this image may take a moment to generate. Archive begins April 1st, 2006.

Enjoy!!!!
