Mine was in late 93.. got set up on a local BBS; chatted with the girl a few times, she seemed pretty cool. Decided to go have lunch and a movie. I got to the door, and the girl that answered probably had an IQ in the 60-70 range; she had Down's, but just barely; enough where she had a smidgen of the telltale physical attributes, and had a speech impediment, but she was mostly there. I took her to lunch, we talked as much as we were able, and enjoyed a movie, and I took her home and thanked her for a nice afternoon. I figured it would have been very mean to just bail; she didn't shoose her predicament, ya know? So I gave her a nice afternoon out. Unfortuantely, she had BIIIIG plans for "us", which I did not share in the enthusiasm, so I had to sort of gradually let her down online. Kind of a bummer, but at least I did the right thing in giving her the nice day out... (thought I think someone else, her friend, was ghosting her chat...)

To cut to the point, the worst blind date I ever had was when I told him no, I meant phucking no, but he kept trying to press his point. He was under the influence of something, but what I did not know. Well it ended with him pinning me to the floor after many refused advances from him and him strangling me. I loosened his grip from my neck and I beat the ever loving mess outta him! /censor :offrant: #d

I never went on it............I went to pick her up, saw her and kept driving, called 30 min later and said I had food poisoning.

right afterward I called our mutual friend and informed him his g/f was never allowed to set me up with anyone.....EVER AGAIN!!!

Piece of advice......if you look like Rosie O'Donnel..........Don't dress like Britney Spears. It is unbecoming and downright trashy! There are many outfits that are much more becoming than a mini-skirt, and a a shirt that shows your midsection!!!!!!!!!!

omg...I have way too many to even list.

I had one who kept asking me from the time we sat down for dinner if he could kiss me. I thought it was weird and he was joking at first...but he didn't stop. Then he kept asking personal questions - things you don't ask on the first date. When he went potty I paid the check and left.
