Okay..I'll chime in here about this outfit. People should be able to wear whatever they want..I have seen people fly with bathing suits and shorts before. However, I do see some issues with this particular outfit. You will notice where the skirt actually starts and stops. Her hip bones are about 6 inches above the top of the skirt..and that skirt, if you can call it a skirt, could be measured about 5 inches total..and I think that is being generous.

If you think about rushing around to get on a plane and sitting down in a hurry, her skirt was probably not exactly where it is positioned as you see it there. Even an inch one way or the other would make that skirt inappropriate. The top is not the problem, it is definitely the bottom. She has unusually long legs besides and I can just imagine how that must look.

Now, whether the airline had the right to say she was inappropriate or not..if she was showing butt or hooha, yes, they have the right. It is a public place and could be considered public nudity.

It is subjective to look at the outfit as she has it on today and say whether or not that same outfit was appropriate or inappropriate on that particular day two months ago. It very well could have been, depending on what happened to the skirt. The chances of the skirt riding up or down are very high..and once you see the skirt, you realize that that is a fact.

skirt is too short, but they had no reason, or basis, to tell her anything.
