TORNADO WATCH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 400 PM CST
Rest Of Today...Breezy. Showers and thunderstorms. Some storms possibly severe with heavy rainfall. Highs around 70...Then falling to around 60 by late afternoon. Southeast winds 15 to 25 mph... Shifting to the west in the mid afternoon. Chance of rain near 100 percent.
