Is it just me or ever since Monday have any of you had login issues with weathertap ? I understand wanting to stop fraud but I can't log into my account half the time . I have now changed my home page to something else .

If you log in through the weathertap home page you can access Radar Lab HD.. Something must be messed up with the new software update.

I've not had any problems. They've been updating their site recently so you may have to update you shortcuts.

I am shocked that they haven't been around checking the forums since they made the upgrades

You need to have Java installed in order to run RadarLab HD. It sounds like you probably do not have it installed since Windows doesn't know how to handle a ".jnlp" file. You can download the latest version of Java from www.java.com.

Try to reinstall java again but first disable your firewall
