does anyone know how to convert files from audio to something that can be uploading as an attachment?

actually, im not sure what you are asking, you may use winmedia to convert an mp3 to a winmedia file, is that what you want?

No, what I think he wants to do is to upload a song from a cd to a link he can post on this site. I'm not sure how to go about that or I would have answered him.

ok. .dorky. . here we go


compress it into a zip file small enough to attatch
if it is to large you may have to make it into multiple zip files
with a selfextractor
