Uhhh.....What's wrong with that? From what I understand,he was reading it before the speech. And by the way, I think that should be on the required reading list of all the service academies.

I heard that they had to be in there seats 3 hours before the speech started, that is why some were reading books and sleeping. I is also the reason they were so excited when the sppech was over.

I found a number of photos of the cadets seated before the speech. A number of them seemed to be studying for classes. These young men truly are the cream of the crop.
