If your really paying attention to the weather patten for southern NE over the past 3 weeks this is how the cycle goes:

Heat builds exceeding the 90 degree mark. Thunderstorms come through some severe leading to cooler weather. During the cooler weather a 12 hour period of chilly showers. Behind the showers temps kick back up to near 90 and the cycle starts again. So we had temps well into the 80's for me today in Wayland Mass just outside of Boston. Looks like near 90 tomorrow with plenty of storms after noon. Then it gets cooler this weekend with showers forecast later Saturday. Getting a little boring. Oh well I guess you have to trade some stuff for frequent severe weather outbreaks. /aliendanc
