Looks like it is heading our way in west-central Florida. Been in the upper 80's today and with a southeast wind...plenty of moisture has been pumped in here.

Line already showing up on the edge of the radar screen for us

That line of thunderstorms weaked dramatically near the west coast near me. We did strong winds from a gust front that passed through around 9:30 p.m.

IMO, the main activity will push farther south of us since the main energy seems to be to our southwest in the Gulf. Could be the front is stalling out near us which will be the focal point of showers/t-storms tomorrow.

Severe Thunderstorm flarred up in extreme southern Polk County, FL. Spotter on the phone at 5 p.m. reported tennis ball size hail falling and the ground was covered with hail in Ft. Meade.

Ft. Meade was the unlucky town in 2004 when it took 3 direct hits from hurricanes (Charley, Frances, Jeanne). http://www.srh.noaa.gov/radar/images/DS.p19r0/SI.ktbw/latest.gif
