Well...along the Gulf Coast from LA/MS/AL/FL PHNDL it looks like FLOODING will reign supreme in this situation. PWAT values nearing 2" and I can guarentee you that this system is going to wring every bit of it out. Radar estimates of over 2" already in portions of Jackson Co., MS. 40kts deep layer shear coupled with actual temps in the low 80's and CAPE values AOA 2000j/kg will make for a rather fun MCS that is developing west of Slidell, LA later this evening. Also...looks like those supercells that form in TX this afternoon where the MDT risk is out could form another MCS and truck it right through this region later tonight. I would say SEVERAL waves along this quasi-stationary boundary with 2-4" rainfall totals at least over the next 3 days.
