Hey Everyone!!!!!

Hey all my fellow froum members... I thought it be kinda cool to start this thread where everyone could tell us a lil something about ourselves. First off I am a budding met... nothing official but i am learning. I have to say this is one of the best sites on the web. Always check this forum and my local forum out as soon as I sign on! I live in Marrero, La. ... for those who dotn where it is I am about 20 mins away from New Orleans and 5 secs from Lafitte. I am 30 yr old mom...and a soon to be nurse practitioner so weather is especially important becasue I will not be allowed to leave. I also have to say that Hcw is one of the friendliest people I have ever talked to, and this site is one of the most informative. Just thought this would be a great way to get to know all of us since this site is growing so rapidly... I think it would be great to knwo as many as I can. I hope to talk with more of ya'll

28 year old single mom. Work for the devil a/k/a boss. Live in Central FL (Winter Haven) lived in Florida my whole life. I am as Southern as they get and yes, I do say "y'all" to everyone. Ho everyone. I am 37 years old recently married (May 20th to be exact). And also new to the US. I lived in London England until March this year! I have now moved to New York City and got more interested in the weather as America has more extremes and interesting weather than England which is either sunny, cloudy or wet with one or two thunderstorms in the summer. The extremes of weather I have seen over here sparked my interest. I landed here on the night of a great nor 'easter! And with hurricanes, powerful thunderstorms and tropical storms to watch out for it's a lot more interesting!
Anyway, I am looking forward to getting to know you all better over time!
