Dish - the only thing I can get out here in the boonies.....cable company is a mom and pop company which has like 20 channels LOL....
I have digital cable, I get tons of channels I never watch, but it comes with the VIP plan with my cable company because I have the internet and 2 cell phones with them also, they take a nice portion of my pay each month, lol,,, I should invest in some stock.

Heh...MY cable company, Cablevision, developed Voom and ended up having to sell it for pennies on the dollar because it sucks so bad.
Being in a condo, there is no directv or dish option, but I do have cable internet & cable phone service in a decent package.
BTW, all ya'll probably either don't know about it or could give a crap, but Cablevision owns Madison Square Garden, the Knicks, the Liberty & The Rangers and several other cable stations. They ****in suck, and they are THE NUMBER ONE opponent of a West Side stadium, which would be a new home for my JETS and just might get NY a super bowl & the olympics.
Phuckin' ****suckers. Problem is they're paying for this negative campaign on the backs of the ratepayers like me.
Voom sucks, Cablevision sucks, the Knicks & Rangers suck...it's no wonder why the Yankees & Mets (next season) will have their own independent channels...
If I didn't have a magic box when I owned my home I would have gone to dish long ago...:icon_evil

Direct TV rules! Unless a cloud or plane or small flock of birds are overhead then it sucks.

Digital cable. We're now up to 90 HD channels and almost all of the on-demand movies are HD, as well.

Directv.
Don't really care for them though.
No local radar.
Even though my signal is 99 I still lose reception in heavy rain.
I have 2 boxes that I paid for but they still charge me $5 to have second box.
Ridiculous price for the Sunday NFL Ticket. I want to watch one team. Not 32. Why do I have to pay for all these other games?
Music channels are Sirius/XM. That wasn't bad when it was XM but since Sirius took over the music sucks.

They do have local radar with warnings now it was just added to the HD boxes. Please see the sports section for ways to save money
