New profile feature!!

Now if you go to your User CP, under Profile options, you can choose whether to allow the public/registered users/friends only (people on your buddy list on hcw) to view it. However, keeping it to public really only allows registered members to view it, as HCW does not allow ANY type of guest to view user profiles.
