Just to warn everyone on here; Accuweather is starting to go after people/forums for copying things from their website. They have hired a team of copyright lawyers from Wall Street and are going to aggressively pursue any infringements of their copyrights that are occuring on public forums. They have also hired 'narcs' that purposely go onto these forums and look for copyright infringements; then report back to the lawyers.

Not only are people posting copyrighted discussions on here risking getting the owners of the board and themselves sued; the federal government can seize the forum and shut it down permanently because it is a violation of federal copyright laws. The feds do not take kindly to copyright infringers.

if they lurk here, you just need to make a gateway page with a rule that says that use of this electric document by any accuweather staff is a crime.`

then, since im sure you own this site roll, and the copyrighted electronic materials that make it, you can really mess with them legally if they use your site. even browsing is access.
