Unhappy Chat not working for me

    Hi all,

I'm trying out the chat (pop up and in browser) and I cannot get it to display properly.

Java starts, then the chat module starts, but it does not show anything...
I've downloaded the latest java updates.
    I'm using IE 7.0

    Thanks for any suggestions.
    Bryan

I was told that IE 7.0 has a lot of bugs in it, alot of things not working, so just keep using firefox as I havent had any problems with that since I started using it myself.

    for the uninformed:

    IE SUCKS.

FireFox is awesome. Mine is all greasemonkied and saged-out. I'm going to remove IE from my laptop next week (or so I plan).

The reason I started using Firefox is because I have windows XP and although IE was working in my windows it wasnt in my daughters, it would load then freeze everytime, not sure what the problem was, but firefox worked in hers. I am now finding with firefox it will not allow me to enter certain sites like my banking site for example or to check my work email, have to go to a remote login site for that. So for those sites I still use IE since it still works on my windows.

    ???

Firefox shouldn't NOT allow you to do that, unless your settings are all weird, some kind of encryption not enabled. (check your security settings tab)

also, if you get a chance, in your FF address bar, type this to see some neat features:
