My boy actually said his first sentence last night!
we were reading the book and he was jibbering away trying to say what I was saying........and clear as day said "I Think I Can" and repeated it every time I said I Think I can, he would say it right after me.........you would have thought he just pitched a perfect game for the yankees in game 7 of the world series I was so proud

I wish. Just a pic from wikipedia. Would be awesome though. I have it on my ereader, trying to read all the classics. Started by reading Frankenstein, and the references to Paradise Lost and Rime of the Ancient Mariner made me read those, too. Up next is The Idiot by Dostoevsky.
I read so much faster on kindle......i was going to reread catcher.....but couldnt find it on kindle.
Next up for me are some finance books for work then another zombie book. I have decided to read a real book and then let my mind wander with a zombie or survival book so I dont over poison my mind

So, I ripped through Paradise Lost. Kind of crazy that Milton thought he was divinely told this story, what with Satan having cannons and everything. Was hard to follow as it was written as a poem, with no quotation marks or paragraph breaks. Understood it enough where I can have a conversation about it, but, sadly, really didn't enjoy it. As a work of art and history, it's absolutely fantastic, though. Moving on to something a little more fun...
