I think people were just under so much pressure and anxiety because of the hurricane. But I think that shouldnt have happened in front of the man's kids. It was a little excessive force also. But who knows what the officer's were thinking or what exactly was going on, its hard to tell by the video. I can understand the police point of view though, you only have seconds to react, but what was shown in the video, it looked like the man wasnt doing anything to have force brought upon him. But you just never know what the real situation was.
