Current indications are that the waters may be trying to recharge a bit and things are going to take a while to develop. The systems that are coming off of Africa seem to be very low latitude. We could have something stout coming off of Africa in about a week though, also could see some gradual development near the Virgin Islands around the same time. It would be slow to occur and would head towards the Caribbean as well.
