EASTERN ATLANTIC...ABOUT 675 MILES WEST OF THE CAPE VERDE
ISLANDS...IS PRODUCING A LIMITED AMOUNT OF SHOWER ACTIVITY.
ALTHOUGH ATMOSPHERIC CONDITIONS ARE CURRENTLY NOT VERY
CONDUCIVE...SLOW DEVELOPMENT OF THIS SYSTEM IS POSSIBLE AS IT
ENCOUNTERS SLIGHTLY WARMER WATERS DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS.

Got more clean spin on it than Dolly ever had. We won't know for sure until the NHC category estimate comes out, then we just add 2.

And all those LBAR things saying it's going after the fish and the GFDL heading to Brazil? Who's right? The NHC will weigh them evenly and aim it straight at Florida.

Westward About 15 To 20 Mph. This System Is Currently Devoid Of
Thunderstorm Activity. However...slow Development Is Possible As
The System Moves Over Slightly Warmer Waters During The Next Day Or
Two.
