Where/how would be the best place to post a streaming web cam during a storm?

I meant that I would hook mine up to show what's going on in Houston (if anybody's interested) and was wondering how to POST it or show it??

If you really want to run a live real-time stream you need to have your cam, a computer, a webserver program and a streaming media server program. Where I work we use a Linux box, Apache and Apple's "Darwin" streamer because they are all free and all VERY stable.

Streaming live media is not all that difficult, but it is NOT something a rookie webserver admin can do on day 1. The alternative is to get yourself a TRUE webcam that has all that stuff built in. Then you just hook it up to ethernet, turn it on and it goes.
