Teach Yourself Meteorology
I was perusing a Wiki article on convective inhibition, or CINH, and found this website listed in the reference portion...

http://www.meted.ucar.edu/

Signup is free and it appears to be a very user friendly "teach yourself" website about all things meteorology. The modules even have a quiz you can take afterwards and it saves the results in your user account.
