After installing a program, where would I find the executable file?

In Windows XP: double-click My Computer. Double-click on the C:\ drive to expand. Double-click on the Program Files folder. Scroll down the list of folders to find the folder with the name of the program, then double-click on that folder. You may have to expand sub-folders to find the .exe file.
