P.R NWS

Quote:ON THE MEDIUM RANGE...A LARGE TROPICAL WAVE ACCOMPANIED BY A
WELL-DEFINED LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM IS LOCATED BETWEEN 39W AND 41W.
THIS DISTURBANCE IS FORECAST TO MOVE WEST NORTHWEST BETWEEN 15 TO
20 KT DURING THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS. REGARDLESS OF DEVELOPMENT...
THIS ACTIVE WAVE SHOULD APPROACH THE LOCAL REGION LATE MONDAY OR
TUESDAY...INCREASING THE CHANCES FOR ACTIVE WEATHER ACROSS THE
ISLANDS AND REGIONAL WATERS...AS WELL AS THE POTENTIAL FOR HEAVY
RAINFALL AND LOCALIZED FLOODING. THEREFORE...RESIDENTS AND
VISITORS SHOULD MONITOR THIS SYSTEM CLOSELY.

91L is surrounded by a nice pocket of Moisture. I don't think the Dry air is going to stop it from developing. I can see a named storm here. Question is does she stay South like Ivan did or go North. 91L is going to be fun to watch and evolve. I don't think it's going to do a DEAN and go Due west. Does not seem like a repeat of 2007.
